The Karabena Group is a 100% owned and operated Indigenous research-based consulting, training, publishing and coaching business.
We draw upon empirical findings, both those generated by our consulting arm and other evidence, to support our funding partners assess and improve their ability to work effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in different contexts.
The Karabena Group provides innovative research, knowledge exchange, coaching and training solutions that improve intercultural relationships, work performance and staff capacity. Karabena strategies are based on rigorous academic research methods, Indigenous science methodologies and coaching standards as set by the International Coaching Federation.

The opportunity: Karabena Consulting
The successful applicant will be located in the Karabena Consulting team. You will work with the General Manager and our Consultants to expand our opportunities for growth and contribution. You will also assist our company and clients generate quality outcomes and implement knowledge exchange projects.
This position can be offered either full-time or part-time, and we are open to employment through our company or yours. We are mostly working on Victorian-based projects, although there may be some interstate travel. Our office is based in Riddells Creek, approximately 45 minutes north-west of Melbourne. A minimum of one day a fortnight travel to the office (pending COVID-19 restrictions) will be required. Public transport options are available. Work from home options are open for discussion.
